  • During peak seasons, festivals, or promotional campaigns, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship across India through trusted courier partners.

Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:

  • Delhi NCR: 2–3 business days

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Other Locations: 4–7 business days

  • Remote Areas: Up to 9 business days

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, government restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Free shipping offers, when available, will be clearly mentioned on our website and are subject to the applicable terms and conditions.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email and/or SMS/WhatsApp notification containing your shipment tracking details.

Delivery

Please ensure that someone is available to receive the package at the delivery address. If the courier is unable to deliver due to customer unavailability or an incorrect/incomplete address, additional delivery attempts or return shipping charges may apply.

Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged package, incorrect product, or if any item is missing from your order, please contact our customer support within 24 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve your request quickly, please include:

  • Photographs of the package and products received

  • A brief description of the issue

Claims reported after 24 hours of delivery may not be eligible for replacement or resolution.

Address Changes

Shipping addresses cannot be modified once an order has been dispatched. If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us immediately after placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request before dispatch.
